I will not add you to a marketing mailing list simply because you submit an enquiry.

Information may be processed by trusted service providers that support the business, including Hostinger, which provides website hosting, form-submission storage and business email services.

I may also share information with professional advisers, insurers, regulators or public authorities where reasonably necessary or legally required.

I do not sell personal information. Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this occurs, I rely on the safeguards provided by the relevant service provider and applicable data-protection law.

How long I keep information

General enquiries that do not become an ongoing client relationship will normally be retained for no longer than 12 months after the last contact.

Where you become a client, relevant contractual, service and financial records will normally be retained for up to six years after the relationship ends, unless a different period is required for legal, tax, insurance or professional reasons.

Information will be securely deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.

Cookies and website tracking

The website does not currently use Google Analytics, Google Tag, advertising pixels or marketing-tracking integrations.

If analytics or marketing tools are introduced in future, this notice and the website’s cookie-consent arrangements will be updated before those tools are activated.
